I was able to go to CMA fest last week and what a great time (although it was verrrrrrrry hot every day).  On Sunday, I went into the Ernest Tubbs record shop.  As I was paying for my items I asked the clerk if the other store across the highway from Opryland had been affected by the floods and if the Texas Troubador Theatre had any damage.  She said that they were okay and the Late Night Jamboree was still going on every Saturday night.  I mentioned that I was down in Nashville back in March the last time Rockie hosted.  She said that Rockie made quite an impression on the owner and staff there from the first time he hosted.  They love how Rockie goes out into the house before the show to greet audience members. I know that we all enjoy that too!

My daughter, Christina and I were there too for the 1st time.  You're not kidding it was hot!  Lots of good music.  It would have been nice if Rockie had been there.  Where were your seats at LP Field?  They sure did a great job on flood cleanup.

I was in section 132, row P.  Last year I was up in the 300's section so this was definitely an improvement.
If I go next year I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Rockie will be there too!
